Hot, freshly baked pasties are served Tuesday to Thursday from noon until 2pm and Lunch is served¬†Friday to Sunday from noon until 2pm. Please note we don’t take bookings or reservations and we don’t serve food in the evenings except for our Monday night Hotpot and Pint Nights.

 

 

This week’s dishes are:¬†

Monday 20th May Hot Pot and Pint Night – Ham hock, pearl barley and cider hot pot, served with crusty bread and butter

 

Friday 24th May – Grilled plaice fillet, served with Wye Valley asparagus, buttered radishes and capers

Saturday 25th May – Ham hock terrine, served with pease pudding, roasted beetroot and pickled cabbage

Sunday 26th May – Beef and stilton pie, served with mashed potato and turnip tops

Monday 27th May – Black pudding scotch egg, served with fresh pea and broad bean salsa and whole grain mustard aioli

Vegetarian Dish – Kohlrabi, black bean and apple salad, with a lemon and mustard dressing

Dessert – Lemon tart, served with clotted cream

 

Monday 27th May Hot Pot and Pint Night – Chicken, leek and cider casserole, served with crusty bread and butter
