Hot, freshly baked pasties are served Tuesday to Thursday from noon until 2pm and Lunch is served Friday to Sunday from noon until 2pm. Please note we don’t take bookings or reservations and we don’t serve food in the evenings except for our Monday night Hotpot and Pint Nights.



This week’s dishes are: 

Monday 21st January Hot-Pot and Pint Night – Pork and bean cassoulet, served with crusty bread and butter


Friday 25th January – Scottish haggis served with traditional “neeps & tatties” and a red onion gravy

Saturday 26th January – Free range chicken and Cam ham pie, served with creamy mashed potato and steamed broccoli

Sunday 27th January – Berkeley Estate venison haunch, marinated and roasted to a 17th century Stuart recipe from Erddig Hall in Wales, served with rosemary roasted new potatoes, honey roasted carrots and parsnips, buttered savoy cabbage and leeks, red wine gravy and redcurrant jelly

Vegetarian dish –  Homegrown pumpkin and coconut curry, served with basmati rice, naan bread and mango chutney


Monday 28th January Hot-Pot and Pint Night – Hungarian Goulash made with locally reared Gloucester beef, served with crusty bread and butter
