Hot, freshly baked pasties are served Tuesday to Thursday from noon until 2pm and Lunch is served Friday to Sunday from noon until 2pm. Please note we don’t take bookings or reservations and we don’t serve food in the evenings except for our Monday night Hotpot and Pint Nights.

 

This week’s dishes are: 

Monday 17th December Hot-Pot and Pint Night – Locally reared rare breed Gloucester beef, beer and bean stew, served with crusty bread and butter

Tuesday 18th December Carols with The Woodford Silver Band –  Berkeley Estate venison, vegetable & vino hotpot, served with crusty bread and butter

Friday 21st December – Homemade local lamb and mint burgers, topped with mature cheddar cheese, tomato salsa and gherkin, served with hand cut chips and a balsamic dressed salad

Saturday 22nd December – Leek, cheese and Cam ham pie, served with creamy mash and minted courgettes

Sunday 23rd December – Roasted rare breed Gloucester beef, served with a Yorkshire pudding, rosemary roasted new potatoes, braised red cabbage, cauliflower cheese, Brussels sprouts, red wine gravy and horseradish sauce

Vegetarian dish – Butternut squash lasagne, served with garlic bread and a balsamic dressed salad

Monday 24th December Hot-Pot and Pint Night – Shoulder of locally reared Texel/Charolais lamb & apricot tagine, served with crusty bread and butter
