Hot, freshly baked pasties are served Tuesday to Thursday from noon until 2pm and Lunch is served Friday to Sunday from noon until 2pm. Please note we don’t take bookings or reservations and we don’t serve food in the evenings except for our Monday night Hotpot and Pint Nights.



This week’s dishes are: 

Friday 22nd February – Tiley’s beer battered Scottish hake fillet, served with hand cut chips, a balsamic dressed salad & tartare sauce

Saturday 23rd February – Toad in the hole made with our own Gloucester Old Spot pork sausages, served with minted new potatoes, braised red cabbage, red onion gravy and wholegrain mustard

Sunday 24th February – Scarborough Fair Chicken: Free range chicken breast roasted in parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, served with roasted potatoes, Mediterranean vegetables, honey roasted roots, Brussels sprouts, cider gravy and redcurrant jelly

Vegetarian dish – Homegrown squash, sage and St Augur tart, served with minted new potatoes and a balsamic dressed salad

Dessert – Chocolate cream: A chocolate pot made to a Georgian recipe taken from an 18th century manuscript found at Canons Ashby in Northamptonshire


Monday 25th February Hotpot and Pint Night – Chicken and cannellini cacciatore, served with crusty bread and butter
