We’re delighted to welcome our friends ‘Ross-on-Wye Cider and Perry Company’ back to the Sally for this very special cider and cheese extravaganza! If you haven’t tasted Ross Cider before, they make the most exhilarating, completely natural and downright delicious ciders from a dazzling array of varieties grown on their family farm. Their minimal intervention approach results in completely natural ciders;  100% full juice, no added sweeteners, preservatives or flavouring, fermented with wild yeast, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with natural carbonation.  Ross on Wye carefully choose sensationally vibrant single varieties, or lovingly blend different apples together to create ciders and perries with drinkability, identity and purpose. From their flagship oak cask fermented Raison d’Être, a blend of the popular and widespread Dabinett and Bisquet to the powerful and historic Foxwhelp single variety, each of their drinks presents a unique flavour that will dazzle your tastebuds and challenge your assumptions! We’ll have a range of these ciders available in keg, bag-in-box and bottle for you to drink on site or take home with you. Albert and his team will be on site to talk and expertly guide you through each one. And what better accompaniment to cider than a hand-picked selection of the world’s finest cheese?! Yep, our very own cheese connoisseur, “Jerry the Cheese” has carefully sourced a selection of cheeses to pair perfectly with each of Ross’s ciders for this very special evening. He’ll also be on hand to guide you on all matters fromage and ensure your tastebuds are tantalised and your stomachs satisfied and satiated. It’s going to be one hell of an evening! Cider and cheese is available from 5pm.
