We’re very excited to welcome back to the Sally our good friend and super talented chef, Ollie Deakin. Having trained in France and worked in restaurants and hotels all over the globe – this guy can seriously cook! Ollie curated a pop-up BBQ in the Sally garden last August serving up Indian-style lamb flatbreads that tantalized our tastebuds and melted our minds. Well, Ollie is back and has very kindly agreed to take us on a voyage to the far flung corners of the earth through the medium of street food!  Yep, each event Ollie will focus on a street food dish from a different country and with a pint in one hand, some delicious food in the other it’ll be like trotting the globe without having to leave the comfort of your favourite pub or faff about at passport control. In June Ollie served up the Vietnamese classic Bahn Mi with pork belly, coriander, mint, pickled shallots, cucumber, shredded carrot, chillis, mayonnaise and sesame shitake mushrooms in French stick bread and it was EPIC!! The dish for July will be announced soon so watch this space!! Food will be served from 4pm until 8/9pm and as ever we won’t be taking reservations so just turn up, grab some food and enjoy!
